He has led teams of 500+ members, consulted for various industries, and hosts The Austin Moss Show, focused on business success. As CEO of Capital Collaboration, Austin has arranged over $1 billion in financing for 3,200+ entrepreneurs, including managing a $50M credit fund that achieved a 22%+ net yield. He brings expertise in capital raising, financial structuring, and risk management that makes him a key player for strategic initiatives and projections at BlackBay.

Adam Weiss

Adam leads portfolio management and is a visionary entrepreneur and growth executive with 15+ years of experience building, buying, selling, and investing in businesses across the SaaS, Tech Recruiting, Real Estate, Supplements, BPO, Visa Consulting, and Commercial Lending industries. He has led teams of 100+, has raised capital for companies and R.E. syndications, and has executed north of $300M in deals. Adam brings a deep investor perspective and plays a key role in shaping BlackBay’s strategic direction with capital raising, startup evaluations, leadership, and growth opportunities.
