He brings expertise in capital raising, financial structuring, and risk management that makes him a key player for strategic initiatives and projections at BlackBay.

Adam Weiss

Adam is a visionary entrepreneur and growth executive with 15+ years of experience building, buying, selling, and investing in businesses across the SaaS, Tech Recruiting, Real Estate, Supplements, BPO, Visa Consulting, and Commercial Lending industries. He has led teams of 100+, has raised capital for companies and R.E. syndications, and has executed north of $300M in deals. Adam brings a deep investor perspective and plays a key role in shaping BlackBay’s strategic direction with capital raising, startup evaluations, leadership, and growth opportunities.
