Adam Weiss

Managing Partner

Adam leads portfolio management and is a visionary entrepreneur and growth executive with 15+ years of experience building, buying, selling, and investing in businesses across the SaaS, Tech Recruiting, Real Estate, Supplements, BPO, Visa Consulting, and Commercial Lending industries. He has led teams of 100+, has raised capital for companies and R.E. syndications, and has executed north of $300M in deals. Adam brings a deep investor perspective and plays a key role in shaping BlackBay’s strategic direction with capital raising, startup evaluations, leadership, and growth opportunities.

Will VanAlstine

Investment Associate

Will drives investment sourcing and diligence at BlackBay, leveraging founder empathy and analytical rigor. With experience across Midwest VC funds and firsthand success in acquiring, and scaling a vintage toy shop, he brings both investor and operator perspectives. At BlackBay, he plays a key role in market research, portfolio support, and de-risking early-stage investments through thoughtful diligence and founder-first execution. Will holds a Finance degree from the University of Missouri, where he led the student-run venture fund and competed in track.
