We have connections with multiple Startup Incubators that allows us a steady flow of companies looking for investment. We also have a team of advisors that are out in the market, attending conferences, meeting with companies, and working through their network to bring in unique opportunities, which tend to have less competition than Incubator leads.

Austin Moss and Adam Weiss are our Managing Partners and Co-Founders. In addition, we have a powerhouse Advisory Board team that have 100+ years of combined business experience - having built, bought, scaled, and sold dozens of companies. We believe the first step to success is having the right people on the team, and we have spent immense time hand-selecting the best of the best.

Like most VC funds, our funds are typically 10 years with the opportunity to extend. However, this does not mean that distributions will not be paid for 10 years. We will pay out distributions as liquidity events happen with each investment.

We will not invest into companies for product development. Any investment we make must be into a company with an MVP product and has started selling into the marketplace. We are looking for Founders and startups that know how to take initiative and are not scared to get their product out there! We invest during Seed and Series A rounds, but only if the company is producing revenue.

Research shows that VC funds that invest a 2nd time into their portfolio companies have a higher success rate than the VC funds who only invest once. We are very strategic about this and look at how each company has used the funds they have already been given to generate growth, so we can hand-select the ones who we believe are most capable of leverage a 2nd round successfully.
