We have connections with multiple Startup Incubators that allows us a steady flow of companies looking for investment. We also have a team of advisors that are out in the market, attending conferences, meeting with companies, and working through their network to bring in unique opportunities, which tend to have less competition than Incubator leads.

Adam Weiss is our Managing Partner and Founder. In addition, we have a powerhouse Advisory Board team that have 100+ years of combined business experience and 12+ exits - having built, bought, scaled, and sold dozens of companies. We believe the first step to success is having the right people on the team, and we have spent immense time hand-selecting the best of the best.

We are very different from a traditional VC fund. 70% of our fund is allocated to investments where the Founders have prior exits under their belt, and a realistic opportunity to exit in 2-4 years. In most cases, these are industries where a niche is being created and has been back by major player. We pay out distributions at every liquidity event.

We will not invest into companies for product development. Any investment we make must be into a company with an MVP product and has started selling into the marketplace. We are looking for Founders and startups that know how to take initiative and are not scared to get their product out there! We invest during Seed and Series A rounds, but only if the company is producing revenue.
